How it works: Our booking form uses the official WhatsApp Link API. When you press the submit button, your inputs are instantly converted into a standard WhatsApp text message and redirected straight to our official chat. You send the message manually from your own WhatsApp application.
1. Information Processing (Form to WhatsApp)
When you fill out our online appointment or consultation form, we collect temporarily:
- Identity Details: Your Name (to address you correctly).
- Contact Info: Your Phone Number & Email Address (to connect with you regarding sessions).
- Clinical Context: The type of booking (Clinic, Online, or Home Visit) and the pain condition you suffer from.
This data is compiled directly on your browser device and immediately passed to the WhatsApp API. It is never logged in any backend admin panel.
2. No Cookies or Analytical Cookies
Our website values a clean user experience. We do not run invasive tracking algorithms, cross-site tracking cookies, or profiling systems designed to record your online footprints.
3. Sharing Your Information
